Robert F. Furchgott, Ph.D. Professor. State University of New York Downstate Medical Center Research Interests: Receptor pharmacology; physiology of vascular smooth muscle; the nature and role of the endothelium-derived relaxing factor (EDRF) in blood vessels.

Kenneth Lasseter, M.D. Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Miami Research Interests: Determinations of safety, preliminary efficacy and pharmacokinetics of various pharmacologic agents in humans. Special interests in the pharmacokinetic properties of pharmacologic agents in populations with altered elimination mechanisms (i.e. hepatic disease, elderly, etc.)
